Nigerian singer Orezi has waded into the ongoing Lamborghini controversy involving Grammy winner Burna Boy and socialite Sophia Egbueje. Speaking in an interview with Echo Room, Orezi admitted that he once promised a woman a house in exchange for sex but never followed through, arguing that broken promises are common on both sides.
The singer dismissed the outrage surrounding unfulfilled promises, stating that women also fail to keep their commitments in relationships. “I have never promised a lady anything worth N300 million. Am I crazy?” he joked, adding that both men and women often deceive each other.
Meanwhile, Nollywood actress Queeneth Agbor defended Sophia, blaming men who fail to keep their word. She insisted that the real issue was trusting the words of a “horny man,” emphasizing that she only trusts the word of God. The debate continues, with opinions divided over who is truly at fault in the scandal.
