IGP Vows to Keep Nigeria Safe from Criminals

The Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has reaffirmed the police force’s commitment to eliminating criminal elements threatening the peace and security of Nigeria. Speaking after handing over rescued medical students from the Universities of Jos and Maiduguri, who were abducted in Benue State, Egbetokun assured that the police would use all lawful means to protect citizens.

The IGP emphasized the force’s dedication to maintaining vigilance and being proactive in ensuring a safer Nigeria, where the security of individuals is a top priority. He reassured Nigerians that the police would remain relentless in their efforts to secure the nation.

Egbetokun further promised that the police force would not rest until every citizen and resident in the country can live free from fear and intimidation, continuing their daily activities without threat.
