Ike Onyema, a well-known reality TV personality, recently revealed during an interview on The Big Friday Show on Cool FM, alongside reality star Tacha Akide, why he chose not to rekindle his relationship with Mercy Eke after they both participated in the ‘All Stars’ edition of BBNaija. He emphasized that he and Mercy are better off as friends rather than romantic partners. He expressed his belief that returning to a previous romantic relationship often does not yield the desired outcomes based on past experiences of other couples. Ike Onyema stated:
“I didn’t rekindle my relationship with Mercy in the just concluded Big Brother Naija All Stars season because we are better off as friends. At least for me, I always feel like when you go back to an ex, you might not always get what you want.”
