Ifeanyi Ejiofor, lawyer for the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has offered legal counsel to Davido regarding the custody dispute involving his daughter Imade and her mother, Sophia Momodu. In response to Sophia’s concerns about Imade’s safety in Davido’s environment, Ejiofor advised Davido to follow the path he has chosen, ignoring further legal actions.
Ejiofor described Sophia as an opportunist, manipulating the situation to her advantage. He acknowledged the court’s limited intervention in such matters but expressed confidence that time will reveal the truth to Imade as she grows older.
