However, di suspension no gree follow order of di National Industrial Court wey dey Ibadan, wey bin talk say make di governor no remove Justice Ojo.
NBA release statement on Friday, where dem yan say di removal of di Chief Judge no follow law.
Dem tok say di action of di governor and di state lawmakers na assault on di judiciary and e be intimidation to that branch of government for di state.
Dem come talk say, “NBA dey strongly condemn dis unlawful action by Osun State Government. Di action of di state government na abuse of rule of law and e dey violate di Constitution of di Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended).
“In clear terms, di actions of Governor Adeleke and Osun State House of Assembly dey unwarranted and dem be assault on di judiciary and e be attempt to intimidate.
“NBA wan make pipo know say di provisions of 1999 Constitution no be joke for di way dem suppose remove Chief Judge for state. Certainly, di resolution wey state House of Assembly talk make Chief Judge ‘step aside’ no dey recognized by di law of our land.”
Dem talk about one case wey dey between Nganjiwa and FRN, wey talk say Chief Judge no fit waka comot without National Judicial Council (NJC) tok. Di law don yarn say if Chief Judge wan waka comot, e suppose follow di process wey NJC talk.
