The Osun State Government Secretariat recently hosted an inter-religious prayer session that turned into a resounding endorsement of Governor Ademola Adeleke’s second-term bid. Religious leaders, traditional rulers, and workers praised Adeleke’s governance and prayed for his continued success from 2026 to 2030.
Key figures, including Sheikh Musa Animasahun and the Ooni of Ife, described Adeleke as divinely chosen for another term. Labour unions and market leaders also commended his focus on welfare and ease of business. Former Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola likened Adeleke’s leadership to effective medicine benefiting Osun State.
Governor Adeleke, expressing gratitude for the support, reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive governance, youth empowerment, and infrastructure development. He emphasized his administration’s reliance on divine guidance and called on religious and traditional leaders to amplify the message of service to the grassroots.
