Renowned vocalist Simi has taken to social media to share the reasons behind the delay in her second pregnancy after giving birth to her first child, Adejare Kosoko.
Simi and her husband, singer Adekunle Gold, welcomed their first child, a daughter named Adejare, in May 2020.
In a recent online video featuring her daughter Adejare, Simi candidly explained the reasons for the delay in having another child. She revealed that her body went through significant changes after giving birth to Adejare, including an impact on her eyes.
Simi further disclosed that she has been experiencing an eye defect since the birth of Adejare, and the condition has gradually worsened. She shared that she had consulted a doctor three months ago who recommended wearing glasses to correct her eye issues.
