Popular Nigerian TikToker, Peller, is facing a N395 million lawsuit after a verbal altercation with a Lagos-based woman, Osarobo Odigie, at Folixxx Lounge on Lekki-Epe Expressway. The incident, which occurred on January 6, 2026, was captured on video by Peller and shared online, prompting him to later apologize for posting it without her consent.

Odigie, through her lawyer Bola Osineye of FA Garrick & Co., accused Peller of verbal abuse, invasion of privacy, and cyberbullying. She is seeking compensation for emotional trauma, reputational harm, and distress caused by the alleged defamatory actions.

The pre-action letter demands N395 million and warns that legal proceedings will begin next week if Peller does not meet the specified demands.
