Atiku Begs Peter Obi and Kwankwaso to Join Battle

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has extended an earnest plea to his counterparts from the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, and the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso, urging them to join forces with him in the endeavor to unseat Bola Tinubu as the President of Nigeria.

Atiku made this call during a World Press Conference held in Abuja on Thursday, specifically addressing the issues surrounding Tinubu’s academic records. The records from Chicago State University (CSU) had been released to Atiku earlier in the week.

Speaking to journalists, Atiku emphasized, “[I particularly call on] Governor Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso of the NNPP, and the leaders of every political party in Nigeria, and, indeed, every single person who loves this country, as I do, and who wishes nothing but the best for the country, as I do, to join me in this campaign to enshrine probity, accountability, and the basic principles of justice, morality, and uprightness in our country and in our government.”

He regarded this as a collective responsibility, stating, “This is a task for each and every one of us.”

Atiku’s call for unity reflects a broader effort to mobilize support against Bola Tinubu’s presidential aspirations and to promote values of integrity, transparency, and ethical governance in Nigeria’s political landscape.
