Bishop David Oyedepo, the founder of Living Faith Church, delivered a compelling message to his congregation during the August Edition of the Leadership Empowerment Summit. He urged them to seek the grace to have an unyielding passion for the salvation of lost souls, emphasizing that this is the key to leaving a lasting generational impact.
Sharing his own personal experiences, he expressed how passionate he has been about winning souls for Christ. He mentioned that even in the midst of his busy schedule, he continued to go out to share the gospel with both adults and children.
He humorously recalled a conversation with his daughter from the US, who asked about his whereabouts. He told her that he was out in the field, actively winning souls. He playfully added that if he were ever removed from his current church, he would quickly build another Mega Church in just six months because of his unwavering commitment to spreading the message of salvation.
Bishop Oyedepo emphasized that lost souls are everywhere, and he recounted an incident when he saw people roaming aimlessly on the streets. He immediately took the opportunity to preach to them, resulting in 100 people giving their lives to Christ that day.
His powerful message urged his congregation to passionately seek the salvation of lost souls, knowing that it is a crucial aspect of their calling as believers and a pathway to leaving a lasting impact on future generations.
