Veteran Nigerian entertainer, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has revealed the reason why he has not relocated from Nigeria, despite his earlier vow to do so if Bola Tinubu or Atiku Abubakar won the 2023 presidential election.
Though Tinubu emerged as the winner of the February 25th presidential election and was sworn in as president on May 29th, Charly Boy has chosen to stay in the country. He took to Twitter to explain that he is hopeful that things will eventually improve in Nigeria, and this has influenced his decision to remain. He expressed gratitude to Peter Obi for renewing his hope and extended his blessings to him.
