Despite the call for power to return to Edo Central Senatorial District afta almost 16 years, as e rotate between Adams Oshiomhole and Godwin Obaseki, Shaibu talk say no agreement wey speak on zoning. E add say since 1999 when democracy come back, PDP neva give governorship ticket to any aspirant from Edo North.
Shaibu talk, “Edo people dey in need of practical governance, and we no fit afford to experiment with person wey no sabi the politics and needs of Edo State.
“Competence and experience suppose dey important. Who sabi work, who get experience, and who fit start work from day one if e become governor? We no fit dey experiment with new person wey go spend four years dey learn work and another four years dey try embezzle money and dey set up business.”
