- If he’s okay with being around your loved ones, it shows he has nothing to hide. If he avoids them, it could be a red flag.

- If he doesn’t mind you touching his phone, it suggests he has nothing to hide. If he’s defensive, it might mean he’s keeping secrets.
8. Calm and Collected
- A guy who seems relaxed and in control is usually secure. An anxious or shifty guy might not be trustworthy.
9. Increasing Comfort
- As you spend more time together, your comfort level should grow. If it does, it’s a sign of trust building naturally.
10. Friends’ Opinion
- Your friends want you to be happy. If they like your boyfriend, it’s a good sign he’s trustworthy.
Giving your trust in a relationship can be scary, but it’s necessary. You can’t use a lie detector, but you can use these tactics to figure out if your boyfriend is trustworthy. The more you practice, the better you’ll become at reading people. You might not need a lie detector test after all!
