Nigeria’s Ambassador to Morocco, Alhaji Mansur Nuhu Bamalli, has passed away. Ambassador Bamalli, who was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari last year, also held the title of Magajin Garin Zazzau and was the biological younger brother of the Emir of Zazzau in Kaduna.
A statement from the Zazzau emirate council announced that Ambassador Mansur Nuhu Bamalli passed away at a private hospital in Lagos while on transit to Morocco. The statement mentioned that funeral prayers would be announced at a later time.
He is survived by a wife and two children.
