Afropop artist Adelaja David, popularly known as Pupa Tee, has disclosed that he has been grappling with kidney issues for over two decades. In an emotional post on his Instagram page, the musician shared his health journey and appealed for donations to fund a kidney transplant.
Pupa Tee revealed that despite undergoing dialysis, he still requires financial assistance for a kidney transplant to improve his health and well-being.
“I have been having kidney issues and kidney complications for the past 20 years, and I have done different things to overcome this issue but it persists. It recently got so bad that I have to remain on dialysis to stay healthy. It was proposed that for me to have a permanent solution, I need a kidney transplant. That is why I decided to make this video to ask for help from the public and another chance to live,” he expressed.
The artist’s candid revelation sheds light on the challenges individuals face with long-term health conditions and emphasizes the critical need for organ transplants. The plea for financial support underscores the importance of community assistance during health crises.
