The wife of 40-year-old bike rider, Habiba Ibrahim, reportedly cut off her husband’s manhood while he was asleep.
The incident is said to have happened on May 26th in Kaduna state while her husband, Salisu Idris came back from early morning prayers.
He is said to have been lying on the bed when his wife pounced on him with a sharp knife and cut off his manhood. His neighbours however, rushed in when they heard him scream for his life.
He further narrated that he and his wife got married four months ago and he couldn’t understand why she would want to do such a thin to him, seeing as there was no prior misunderstanding.
Following the incident, he was quickly rushed to a hospital in Kudan from where he was referred to the General Hospital Makarfi.
He was later transferred to the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria where doctors tried their best to save his life.
