Award-winning Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has revealed that veteran actress Bimbo Akintola is one performer who makes her reflect deeply on her acting skills.

Speaking at her creative event titled Creative Blueprint, Akindele said that despite her long-standing success in the film industry, working around certain talents still pushes her to improve. She described Akintola as a powerful and deeply skilled actress whose performances always challenge her to do better.

In a related development, actor Yomi Fabiyi also spoke about his past relationship with Akindele during a TikTok live session. According to him, their friendship faded after he told her that he had completed building his house. Fabiyi said he could not explain why communication between them suddenly stopped.
