Lauretta Onochie has launched a fresh attack on President Bola Tinubu, accusing him of weakening the All Progressives Congress (APC) and hurting its chances ahead of the 2027 elections.
In a post on 𝕏, the former media aide to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari said the APC has lost its strength under Tinubu’s leadership.
She also claimed the President has no clear pathway to victory in 2027, insisting that the ruling party is no longer what it used to be.
Onochie wrote that Tinubu is “destroying whatever he touches” and declared that both the APC and the President are politically weakened.
Her comments come amid rising political tension and early positioning ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The APC and the Presidency are yet to officially respond to her claims.
