In a recent public event, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, directed the permanent secretaries in his ministry to bow before President Bola Tinubu. This directive was given during the inauguration of the arterial road N20, which was attended by President Tinubu.
Wike highlighted that many of the appointed permanent secretaries had never anticipated reaching such heights in their careers.
