The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries hosted a convention which also marked the 35th anniversary held at prayer city, Ibadan express-way Lagos on the 16th of August 2024.
The celebration started with a pre- anniversary programme called “7 hours praise” on the 15th before the main anniversary. The 35th anniversary was themed “Power from on high” as inspired by the Holy Spirit to the general overseer, Dr D.K Olukoya.
The second and third day of the celebration was dedicated to awards and prizes. The awards given on Saturday were to the pastors and officials of the church based on the performance and ministration of their regions and Sunday’s prize was dedicated to first class students who are members of MFM in their various campuses. Dr DK Olukoya awarded 492 first class graduates including the alumni from the Mountain Top University ranging from 2019 to 2023 set. He also gave National awards to two ex- National youth service Corp members together with the convention committee members. The general overseer mentioned that the next convention and anniversary will hold in 2026. The celebration ended with thanksgiving and Holy Communion.
